Classes For All
The academy runs classes for kids, beginning adults, advanced adults. We also offer Yoga classes (coming April 2024).
We are Rhino Kingsport, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy in the Pedro Sauer Association.
Jiu Jitsu teaches us how to be aware of our bodies and our surroundings. WE learn self-defense, confidence, ad how to face and overcome challenges.
